If you are looking for an easy way to order laboratory tests online, KwikMed has developed a streamlined process to help you. All you need to do is get a lab application form online at KwikMed and then visit any LabCorp location to provide your blood and/or urine sample. Your lab results will be able online within a few days for you to review and download.

Order Lab Tests Easily Through This Process

1. Select the Laboratory Test you want
2. Sign in, or create an account at KwikMed
3. Fill out the complimentary medical assessment
4. Confirm order and check out
5. Within 24 hours you will receive an email with your Digital Lab Order. You will need to take the Digital Lab Order with you to the Labcorp testing location.
6. Go to the LabCorp location of your choice.(visit Labcorp to locate a facility near you)
7. Get your online lab test results between 3 and 5 days (usually sooner) by logging into your KwikMed account.

Laboratory testing services through KwikMed have not received approval from the Utah Division of Occupational Licensing. Currently those living in Utah, Rhode Island, New York, Maryland, Massachusetts or New Jersey are not able to use these testing services.
